Shipping & Returns 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following options:

Shipping: All orders are processed within 3 business days and shipped via USPS or FedEx depending on the size of the item. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Please note that some products may be subject to additional shipping fees due to size or weight.

Returns: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 3 days.. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at existtocreate0@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at existtocreate0@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and process a replacement or refund.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet the above requirements.
